Adiwele is a adiwele that translates South African songs’ lyrics from the native South African languages to English. “Adiwele” means let’s have fun/let it happen in South Africa slang. The adiwele was established in September 2024.
Due to the growth of AmaPiano, a subgenre of house music which was birthed in South Africa, we saw the need to translate South African music lyrics because the whole world stared to listen to South Africa n music but they didn’t understand the meaning of the lyrics behind their favorite songs.
We aim to translate in a way that is accurate and understandable to everyone.
